Edwina has a considerable amount of experience supporting children, teens, and adults to cope with a wide range of mental health concerns including Anxiety, Depression, Bi-polar, Grief, Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), ADHD, Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Developmental and Traumatic Brain Injury, and Schizophrenia, as well as suicidal thoughts, and self harm. Edwina also has a special interest in Perinatal mental health and supporting new and soon-to-be parents, including with post-natal depression.
Psychological therapy can help you feel better and live your best life by giving you the tools to cope with challenges such as stress, personal and work-related relationship issues, emotion regulation difficulties, bullying, and low self-esteem and to adjust to major life changes. Edwina also offers Psychometric, Behavioural and Educational assessments.
